We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BU Renewed™. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a BU Renewed™ supplement, you can return it within 365 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that the money back guarantee applies exclusively to supplement purchases and does not cover eBooks, MP3/audio tracks, or apparel.

While we have a “no questions asked” policy, we value your feedback to help us improve our products and services. Therefore, we appreciate a brief explanation as to why you are returning the product.

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email [email protected] and provide a sentence or two explaining why you are requesting a refund. You will receive a Refund Acknowledgement Number (RAN) in a reply from our team within a maximum of 24 hours. The email will also include the address to which you should return your order.
  1. Clearly display your original Order Number on the outside of the package, along with your RAN.
  1. If you ordered two or more bottles of the same product, the money back guarantee policy applies only to one opened container and any remaining unopened containers. Here are a couple of examples to illustrate:

Example 1: If you purchased 6 bottles of xxx and opened only one bottle, you would be eligible for a refund of the purchase price of all 6 bottles.

Example 2: If you purchased 6 bottles xxx and opened two bottles, you would be eligible for a refund of the purchase price of 5 bottles (the first opened bottle and the 4 unopened bottles). The second opened bottle would not be refundable.

  1. The BU Renewed™ money back guarantee covers the purchase price of your order, excluding any shipping costs paid during the time of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned products to BU Renewed™. We recommend using a shipping method with an online tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  1. Reply directly to the RAN email (without changing the subject line) with your return tracking number.
  1. Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  1. We appreciate receiving any unopened bottles with intact seals, considering the time you’ve had your order and the recommended serving size.
  1. If you have previously received a refund for an order and then choose to place a second order within a 12-month period, you may not be eligible for a second refund. Please note that we do not offer “Free trials.” By placing a second order, you accept that your right to a refund is invalid.
  1. If your order was undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, unclear tracking details or handling by your country of origin, or failure to provide necessary information to the delivery or Customs office, resulting in the order being returned to us at our expense, any agreed refund will exclude any postage you paid at the time of purchase.
